| Purpose of Amendment |
| We the officers of Launch Initiative for the 2023-2024 term do hereby amend the Constitution. We have decided to add section 4.E.1 under Article 4 due to the necessity for the physical presence of the President, Vice President, and Director of Operations. Many of the responsibilities of these roles simply cannot be done remote. This, plus the workload of a co-op, will inevitably cause their responsibilities to fall onto other officers. |
