Account Registration
For access to Qualtrics Survey Software, go to the Saunders Qualtrics Portal and register an account. You must use your @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address in order to register. Once registered, you will have the ability to start creating surveys, but you must get final approval before you can publish your survey. Only Saunders Faculty, Staff or Students are authorized to use the Saunders Qualtrics Portal.

For your Email Address, you must use either a @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address.Enter the password you would like to use for this account, then click Continue to complete the process for creating your account.Do NOT use your RIT Computer Account password nor your Saunders Email Account password. Create a new password for this system as it is controlled by a third party.Select Sign Me Up instead of the Access Code option.Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you go through the confirmation email process, you can start creating surveys. Contact Saunders Technical Support if you have any questions.
Activating a Student Surveys
Student accounts are not granted access to activate a survey. Students must request each individual survey to be activated. Please email Saunders Technical Support with the following information:
- The name of the survey
- The RIT email address the survey was created under
- The course the survey is for
- The instructor the survey is for
Once the request has been received, we must verify the request with the instructor. Once we have received verification, we'll activate the survey. Requests typically day a business day or two to be fulfilled.
