Office 2019

Office 2019 is the current version deployed to Saunders computers by default.

Office 2021

Office 2021 is available for Saunders computers as an opt in.  If you would like to install it, please use Portal Manager.

Office 2021 will be deployed to all Saunders lab systems at the conclusion of the fall 2022 (2221) semester.

Office 365

Office 356 is available for faculty and staff for use both at home and on Saunders computers.  See Downloadable Office 365 productivity suite for details about getting Office 365 for home.

You will be able to sign into any of the apps using your RIT Computer Account username followed by @rit.edu.  Example: abcbbu@rit.edu
