The President is the head of the RIT Launch Initiative and oversees all team operations and functions. Focused on the outward-facing tasks, and keeping the team moving in the right direction 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide leadership for entire team operations

  • Oversee leads and general meetings

• Communicate with the university, companies, and other teams

• • Insure general and lead meetings have agendas and content to discuss.
  • Arbitrate any disagreements within the team 

• Communicate with Launch Sites; URRG, LWHR, ESRA, Spaceport America

• Help Communicate with team advisor on team operations

  • Help attract potential advisors for the teams
  • Support finding internal resources for the team to use

• Directly support internal Leads operations

• Any team task that has no current owner, by default becomes the responsibility of the President to either complete or delegate
