Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate and receive telemetry over Ethernet

  • Should be able to receive audio input for radio applications

  • Should be able to output audio for monitoring radio

  • Should be able to support HAM radio related applications on Windows

  • Must have an integrated screen that is visible in outdoor conditions

  • Should have a passive HDMI switcher that can reliably switch between display inputs

  • Must be able to have the the computers, cooling system and critical support equipment powered over USB-C PD

  • Should support USB-C PD output for other devices

  • Should allow other computers to remotely connect to the ground station computer(s)

  • Must have a filtered cooling solution to sufficiently support cooling hardware (TBD)

  • Must support (TBD)x USB output ports for each computer

  • Should support a various amount of I/O ports (TBD on types and count)

  • Must have a storage compartment big enough to hold ground station equipment (TBD volume)
