For Saunders computers, please use Portal Manager to install the Avaya Cloud Appthe Avaya Cloud Office app should already be installed. If you need to install it for whatever reason, please use Portal Manager.
For personal computers, go to https://phone.rit.edu/ and sign in. Once signed in, click on your profile picture and then Download desktop app
