Oversee and Provide Leadership for Entire Team Operations
- Maintain and safeguard the team Constitution
- Call for amendments if/when necessary
- Ensure all officers and members are progressing towards the spirit of Launch's mission and acting within the language of the constitution
- Oversee leads and general meetings
- Ensure general and lead meetings have agendas and content to discuss
- Directly support internal leads operations
- Fight for all projects on the team and the overall future goals
- Ensure team moves towards the current timeline goals & actively set future goals for the team
Encourage personal certifications within the team to maintain rocketry focus
- Arbitrate any disagreements within the team
- Support other E-board positions when the workload is heavy

Help communicate with team advisor on team operations
- Help attract potential advisors for the teams
- Support finding internal resources for the team to use
- Any team task that has no current owner, by default becomes the responsibility of the President to either complete or delegate
