We are a community of passionate Agile practitioners who collaborate by sharing and learning from each other's Agile experiences. Our aim is to foster Agile culture within the RIT community.
Charter
To discuss and capture successes and improvable items as relates to agile methodologies and tools in general
To be one of the first groups that someone talks to (or looks at the documentation provided by) when trying to solve a problem that they are having trouble with as it relates to agile processes or tools.

Discussion of a particular problem being faced
To talk about newer agile tools and approaches
To communicate with management
Tools and training that would help with the various aspects of agile methodologies implementation
Observed systemic issues and challenges, with proposals to address them
Observed barriers to productivity, with proposals to address them
