Modeling/Simulation:

•  Produce a finalized OpenRocket model, submit to James ASAP, goal is to have model reviewed and finalized by Saturday.

Avionics:

•  Decide whether or not doing the collaborative board with the Avionics team is worth pursuing (highly recommend it!)

CAD Designer:

•  1. Design the body tube in this link.
•  2. Design 1/4" bulkheads.
•  3. Design coupler tubes from this link.

Website/Media Designer:

•  Add current team member list to website page.

Presentation Designer:

•  Create skeleton CDR slides (literally just copying PDR over and renaming to CDR will work for now)

BOM Maker:

•  Add 1 roll of Hatchbox PLA 3d printer filament to BOM (look up on amazon). Specify amount to be 0.5kg, so total cost will be half the cost of one roll.

Numbers Person:

•  Read through this link to understand calculations for parachutes.

Everyone:

•  Prep for CDR!
•  Stress out about finals
•  Don't get COVID

Modeling/Simulation:

•  Fill out openrocket, rocket overview, and motor sim slide(s) on the CDR

Avionics:

•  Figure out power draw of COTS avionics and spec a battery (with James' help)
•  Put battery selection into CDR
•  Tell BOM maker to add battery selection
•  Bonus: Add slide talking about custom avionics board

CAD Designer:

•  Make nosecone
•  Finalize rocket assembly
•  Bonus: Add rocket renders to CDR
•  Bonus bonus: Add video of rocket assembling/disassembling to CDR

Website/Media Designer:

•  Add some good looking rocket info/visuals to website (show peeps we're doing stuff)

•  Add shear pins to BOM based on numbers person calculation

•  Add shock cord to BOM, based on numbers person calculation

•  Do black powder charge calculations and spec shear pins (James will help)
