Overview

Account Registration

For access to Qualtrics Survey Software, go to the Saunders Qualtrics Portal and register an account. You must use your @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address in order to register. Once registered, you will have the ability to start creating surveys, but you must get final approval before you can publish your survey. Only Saunders Faculty, Staff or Students are authorized to use the Saunders Qualtrics Portal.

  • Faculty and Staff: Contact Saunders Technical Support to have your account registration approved to publish surveys.
  • Saunders Students: Once you have created your survey, email Saunders Technical Support and we will submit your request for approval. Be sure to include the name of the survey, the course number, and the instructor your survey is for.

Activating a Student Surveys

Student accounts are not granted access to activate a survey.  Students must request each individual survey to be activated.  Please email Saunders Technical Support with the following information:

  • The name of the survey
  • The RIT email address the survey was created under
  • The course the survey is for
  • The instructor the survey is for

Once the request has been received, we must verify the request with the instructor.  Once we have received verification, we'll activate the survey.  Requests typically day a business day or two to be fulfilled.
