Overview

Qualtrics is an online survey software that may be used by any Saunders Faculty, Staff or Student. To create an account, please review the Account Registration documentation.

To access the Saunders Qualtrics Portal, please visit https://saunders.qualtrics.com/

Qualtrics does provide some Basic Training through the use of live online webinars. To register for one of the training sessions, please visit http://www.qualtrics.com/wiki/index.php/Training and click on the Basic Training link.

Account Registration

For access to Qualtrics Survey Software, go to the Saunders Qualtrics Portal and register an account. You must use your @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address in order to register. Once registered, you will have the ability to start creating surveys, but you must get final approval before you can publish your survey. Only Saunders Faculty, Staff or Students are authorized to use the Saunders Qualtrics Portal.

• Faculty and Staff: Contact Saunders Technical Support to have your account registration approved to publish surveys.
• Saunders Students: Once you have created your first survey, contact Saunders Technical Support and we will submit your request for approval. You may be contacted by someone to discuss your survey and what it is going to be used for before approval is granted.

To register, start by clicking on the Please click here to create an account



For your Email Address, you must use either a @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address.
Enter the password you would like to use for this account, then click Continue to complete the process for creating your account.
Do NOT use your RIT Computer Account password nor your Saunders Email Account password. Create a new password for this system as it is controlled by a third party.



Select Sign Me Up instead of the Access Code option.



Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you go through the confirmation email process, you can start creating surveys. Then, contact Saunders Technical Support to have your account registration approved to publish your surveys
