Saunders Email

Saunders email uses the RIT Exchange Online.  If you do not have a Saunders Email Address, please submit a request to techsupport@saunders.rit.edu to have an account created (Saunders employees only).

Email Signatures

Per the University Signature Standard, all email communications that support academic or business functions must contain specific information in the email signature.  RIT provides an email signature tool that will assist you with creating a university approved signature at https://www.rit.edu/marketing/brandportal/toolkits/email-signature.  This will also include instructions on how to setup your signature in Outlook.
