Overview

When using Zoom to provide remote support, there are times that Saunders Tech Support may need to enter their passwords on what is called a UAC prompt.  By default, Zoom does not share then when sharing your screen with remote control.  In order for this to work, you need to enable it before entering the Zoom meeting.

Enable Full Remote Control

Start by launching the Zoom application on your computer.

Click the settings cog in the upper right corner.

Check Enable the remote control of all applications on the Share Screen section.

Close the settings windows and now join the meeting.
