IREC Design Review SOP

Room preparation

  • Make sure you know the room’s AV setup

    • Is there a standing mic?

    • Is it working/any good?

    • Is there a camera?

  • Reserve 30 min early (if feasible) to set up

Zoom setup

  • Test mic and camera

    • Get Launch’s conference mic (puck) if needed

  • Designate Zoom handler

    • Use Zoom’s Q&A feature to organize questions and responses

    • Repeat room questions to Zoom before presenter answers

    • Read Zoom questions after room questions to room

    • Not SME

Dumb things we forget sometimes
