Project Mission:

Dragonfly-44's mission is to implement a new R&D Smoke-Flare system aimed to make search and recovery of the rocket easier. Additionally, Dragonfly-44 plans to place a camera system near the aft of the rocket. Due to the nature of the systems of the rocket, Dragonfly-44 will implement easy access, slide-out avionics. 

 

Expected Timeline (or Completion Date):

Fully assembled and flight tested rocket expected by end of Spring 2021 semester.
