Performance Team Open House

PrePTOH meeting in the E at 5:30

MANDATORY!!

 

Setup (6:00-6:30 pm)

Location: "A bay closer to the classrooms/Gordon Atrium"

Things to Bring:

Any available rockets in good/clean condition (sorry DF44)
Ground station
structures pieces (boat tail, machines parts, etc etc)
mini VOID
Recovery pieces (if applicable)
Anything else that would be good to display/would strike conversation

 

Event Operations (7:00pm-9:00pm but some recruiters can show up as early as 6:30pm)

  • Take out the avionics bay for display on the table

  • Display this video on a laptop screen on the table (if there's enough room)

  • Make sure everyone is dressed appropriately with resume

 

  • Separate members into sub-teams: IREC, Space Race, Avionics, Propulsion 

  • For each sub-team, have one designated person to give a 2-3 sentences overview of what the sub-team does before allowing each member to talk to recruiters (recommended by the school to do this). Remind them that we are not trying to show off Launch projects, just giving recruiters an idea of what skill sets our members have.
