While the Constitution was written to provide the team with a stable and long-term governance structure, it shall also be a living document. The word/operating structure/experiences of Launch officers in 2022 may not be applicable to those in the future and, as such, the Constitution must be amended to reflect the team that it so governs. | |

6.A: Frequency of Meetings RIT Launch Initiative will gather for weekly meetings for all members, hereby labeled General Meetings. RIT Launch Initiative Club Officers will gather for weekly leadership meetings, hereby labeled Leads Meetings. Meetings may be canceled for reasons such as holidays , breaks, or other events. |

6.A: Frequency of Meetings RIT Launch Initiative will gather for weekly meetings for all members, hereby labeled General Meetings. RIT Launch Initiative Club Officers will gather for weekly leadership meetings, hereby labeled Leads Meetings. Meetings may be canceled for reasons such as holidays , breaks, or other events. 6.A.1: Rules for Leads Meetings Leads meetings shall be open to all members of the club, regardless of officer status. In the event that a non-officer wishes to speak at these meetings, they shall be restricted to no more than 90 seconds of speaking time, to be monitored by the President or Club Officer presiding over the Leads Meeting. In the event a Leads vote must be taken, all non-officers shall remove themselves from the meeting space. |
