Note:
These instructions are if you want to schedule a Zoom meeting on behalf of someone else and you do NOT want the meeting visible in your own calendar.
Required:
In order to proceed with these instructions, you will need to submit a ticket to Saunders Technical Support to have the Zoom Meeting's add-on installed on your device.
- For you to be able to schedule a meeting for someone else you will need to have the person you are scheduling on behalf of grant you permission to both their calendar and Zoom scheduling.
- Follow these instructions to edit the scheduling a Zoom meeting on behalf of someone else.
- The person you are scheduling for needs to grant you full permission over their outlook calendar(Covered in these instructions).
Opening Another Person's Outlook Calendar:
In order to view another person's outlook calendar follow these steps:
- At the bottom of your screen select calendar view.
- At the top of your screen select "Open Calendar"
- Select "Open from Address Book"
- On the pop-up properties screen select "Add"
- Search for the name of the persons calendar you want to view.
- If you want full details for this person's calendar they will need to grant you access to view them.
Granting Full Detail View of an Outlook Calendar to Another:
- Select calendar view on the bottom of your screen.
- At the top of your screen select "Calendar Permissions"
- On the properties pop-up window select the name of the person you want to grant full details to.
- If you do not see the name of the person you want to grant full detail view to then please follow the steps for "Opening Another Persons Outlook Calendar".
- Then on the right side of the properties screen select "Full Details" from the "Read" menu. Then select "Apply" and "Ok".
- The selected person will now be able to view your full calendar details.
Granting Full Outlook Calendar Permission to Another:
- At the bottom of the outlook screen select calendar view.
- At the top of your screen, select calendar permissions.
- On the screen that opens, slick the name of the person you want to grant permission to.
- Then on the right side of the properties box check the "Create Items", "Edit Own", and "Edit All" check boxes. Click "Apply" and "Ok".
- The selected person should now have full permission's over your calendar.
