If you do not already have a Qualtrics Account, please go to http://survey.rit.edu/ to set one up. The Saunders implementation of Qualtrics will be migrating to the University implementation of Qualtrics on January 12, 2017.

Overview
Qualtrics is an online survey software that may be used by any Saunders Faculty, Staff or Student. To create an account, please review the Account Registration documentation below.
To access the Saunders Qualtrics Portal, please visit https://saunders.qualtrics.com/
Qualtrics does provide some Basic Training through the use of live online webinars. To register for one of the training sessions, please visit http://www.qualtrics.com/wiki/index.php/Training and click on the Basic Training link.

Account Registration
For access to Qualtrics Survey Software, go to the Saunders Qualtrics Portal and register an account. You must use your @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address in order to register. Once registered, you will have the ability to start creating surveys, but you must get final approval before you can publish your survey. Only Saunders Faculty, Staff or Students are authorized to use the Saunders Qualtrics Portal.
Faculty and Staff: Contact Saunders Technical Support to have your account registration approved to publish surveys.Saunders Students: Once you have created your survey, email Saunders Technical Support and we will submit your request for approval. Be sure to include the name of the survey, the course number, and the instructor your survey is for.
To register, start by clicking on the Please click here to create an accountFor your Email Address, you must use either a @saunders.rit.edu or @rit.edu email address.Enter the password you would like to use for this account, then click Continue to complete the process for creating your account.Do NOT use your RIT Computer Account password nor your Saunders Email Account password. Create a new password for this system as it is controlled by a third party.Select Sign Me Up instead of the Access Code option.Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you go through the confirmation email process, you can start creating surveys. Contact Saunders Technical Support if you have any questions.
Activating a Student Surveys
Student accounts are not granted access to activate a survey. Students must request each individual survey to be activated. Please email Saunders Technical Support with the following information:
- The name of the survey
- The RIT email address the survey was created under
- The course the survey is for
- The instructor the survey is for
Once the request has been received, we must verify the request with the instructor. Once we have received verification, we'll activate the survey. Requests typically day a business day or two to be fulfilled.
