Adding Printers
All desktops have printers automatically added; however, laptops must be done manually. This is to increase boot speeds for laptops when they are not on campus.
Before trying to add a printer, please make sure you are on campus as adding printers from off campus will be very slow and may not work.
To add a printer, simply click on your Start Menu and type in \\scb-sv-prt-3.main.ad.rit.edu and press enter.
Find the printer you want to add (list below), right-click on it and select Connect. This will add the printer to your computer.
