The Secretary is part of the admin's roles needed to keep the team expanding and supports all team members. There primarily focused on events and apparel.

• Find and create unique and custom apparel for team members
  • Polos
  • Jackets
  • Patches
  • T-shirts
• Insure apparel meats teams standards
  • Correct colors
  • Correct sizes
  • good material
  • NO CHEAP SCREENPRINTS
• Document apparel choices for year to year consistency
• Work with the Treasurer to ensure people pay for apparel 
• Distribute apparel to correct
members

Run Events

• • • • Set up logistics for all public rocket launches
        • Create spreadsheets/forms to gauge interest in events
        • if necessary find lodging for all team members and equipment
        • Create spreadsheets for carpools
        • Work with treasurer to make sure people are paid up for events
        • Work with President, to make sure Rocket launches are approved with the clubs the team will be visiting
