Microsoft Whiteboard is a free app that is available in the Microsoft Store.  You can access it via the web by going to to https://wwwapp.whiteboard.microsoft.com/en-us/p/microsoft-whiteboard/9mspc6mp8fm4 or or using the Microsoft App Store .to install a client

In the Microsoft Store, you can select to ignore signing in to install the software.
