1. Take the uC off of an existing Arduino Pro Micro

         1. Basically scrapping the rest of the Arduino
2. Add ISP pins to VEGA for uploading the Bootloader / Sketches
   1. Pros
      1. Adds configurability for later on
   2. Cons
      1. Relatively large to have 6 pins relative to the board size
      2. Additional routing complexity
         1. Not ideal pins required
            
            
3. Make a jig to burn the bootloder onto blank uCs.
