By default, the ANSYS Mechanical viewport is pretty crappy for exporting images. If you take a screenshot, the text will be small and pixelated. ANSYS provides the ability to export the viewport as a file, upscaling to some desired target resolution.
- Under the "Home" tab, click "Images"
- Click "Image to File"
- Uncheck "Current Graphics Display" (this is the aforementioned "crappy" viewport)
- Set the "Enchanced resolution" and especially "Font Magnification factor" settings (I like to use 2-4, you should play with it and see what looks nicest)
- Click OK, save the image
