To register for an account, please visit https://wrds-www.wharton.upenn.edu/register/ (Saunders faculty and students only)
When filling out the form, please use the following information for the various fields
| Username | RIT Username |
|---|---|
| Password | Unique password. Not your RIT password. |
| First / Last Name | Please enter your name as listed at RIT |
| Email Address | Please use your RIT Email Address: username@rit.edu |
| Subscriber | Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) - Saunders College of Business (SCB) |
| User type | Students: Use Masters / Undergrad |
Two-Factor Authentication
WRDS has announced they will be moving to Two-Factor authentication in November of 2022. Please see https://wrds-www.wharton.upenn.edu/pages/about/wrds-faqs/faq-for-two-factor-authentication/ for details.
WRDS is using the same tool we use at RIT, so this should be easy and familiar to set up.
