Confluence first-time login instructions

First time only: follow every instruction exactly. Pay close attention to g. / no g. distinction.

  1. Ask an admin to submit an ITS ticket to add you to the appropriate user group, wait for completion

  2. Sign into confluence with your @g.rit.edu account (type the address, do not use Log In With Google)

  3. Ignore the access request pop up

  4. Sign out

  5. Sign back into confluence with your @rit.edu account
