They care mostly about the rocket, almost not at all about the payload. The mission is interesting but not necessary, so focus on saftey-critical information.

• Make brief presentation (focusing on saftey-critical, touching on mission) ahead of time

  • Photos of the manufacturing process - fin can before insertion, bulkhead close-ups help

  • List all physical tests

  • SMEs (if subteam leads inadequate)

• Assemble fully

• Good microphone (ATOW, Launch has a conference mic)

• Good static camera

• Good mobile camera (someone’s phone on the Zoom)

• Move 1-2 tables far away so we can go all around it

During meeting

• Name cameras “Static camera”, “mobile camera”

• Pin static camera during presentation

• Pin mobile camera, un-pin static camera during close-up (otherwise, Zoom stored recording doesn’t focus on mobile camera)
