- Proton battery wires broke
- SPICA XBee antenna connector solder joint broke
- Lost GPS / RF signal when inside tube on pad
- SPICA stopped sending updating and lights stop flashing
- Lose GPS data when get a partial packet
- No connectivity on charges while on pad (according to Proton)
- AV bay gets stuck on insertion
- GPS antenna pointed down (temporarily secured in a different position)
