Micro Controller: STM32F446RE
- Alitum name:
- Rationale: Makes easier for SW team and we know how to implement STMs but may be updating auto pilot to have an STM instead of a Vocore
Communication: Wiznet W5500
- Altium name:
- Rationale: Ease of SW and we have schematic snippet
LEDs: LED implementation on Wiznet
- Atlium snippet:
- Rationale: Helps SW to know if wiznet is working
Programming Header: SWD
- Altium name:
- Rationale: Works for what we have and standardizing this makes it easy to program modules, no excess connectors for certain modules.
Backplane Connector: 30 pin
- Altium name:
- Rationale: Good number of pins for power, ethernet gpio and we updated to keyed connector to help dummy proof
