Using the Webpage

Currently displays the computer webcam. 

TODO:

Organize it later so the video segments are stored in the video-segments folder

Change 0.0.0.0 to 192.2

1. Navigate to app/InfluxDB/grafana
2. Do
   1. sudo chmod +x start.sh
   2. sudo chmod +x start-live-stream.sh
3. Start the python webserver by doing ./start.sh
4. Start the webcam ./start-live-stream.sh 
5. Go to http://0.0.0.0:8080/index.html
