Dedicated Computer Audio Instructions

For audio on the dedicated computer, please make sure the system is set to use the Shure P300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone for the speakers.

To change the settings, click on the Speaker icon in the system tray and then the icon to the right of the volume bar.

Select Shure P300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone.

Zoom Instructions

To use Zoom in this space, you will need to use the dedicated computer. You will not be able to use your laptop.

Start the projection system by using the touch panel on the cabinet on the south wall.

Select PC HDMI for the Video Connection

Log into the computer and start Zoom.

For the Audio settings, make sure the microphone and speakers are set to Shure P300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone.

For the Video settings, make sure Extron MediaPort 200 is selected and that only HD is checked.

To switch witch camera to use, on the touch panel tap on Room Camera Controls. Select from Front Camera or Rear Camera. It will take few seconds for the camera feed to switch.

From the camera controls, you can change the pan, tilt, and zoom. There are several presets along the left as well.
