Sharing your calendar
Start by clicking on the Calendar Permissions icon on the Home ribbon.
Click the Add button to locate those users you wish to share your calendar with. Be sure to use the Global Address List and not your own personal contact database.
Once added, then set the level of access you would like the individuals to have and click OK.
Opening a shared calendar
Start by clicking on the Home ribbon, then Open Calendar, and Open Shared Calendar.
Click the Name button.
Using the Global Address List, locate the individual's calendar you wish to open.
