While the Constitution was written to provide the team with a stable and long-term governance structure, it shall also be a living document. Amended Article or Passage of the Constitution |
2A: Statement of Compliance with University Regulations RIT Launch Initiative shall comply with all University and Kate Gleason College of Engineering policies and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws. |
Purpose of Amendment |
The purpose of this amendment is to remove a clause that details we must abide by the Center for Campus Life (CCL) policies for clubs. As a non-CCL club, we do not need to strictly abide by CCL policies and much of this document directly contradicts said policies. Removing this clause removes contradictions in RIT Launch Initiative's most important document. |
