Project overview
The reaction wheel allows us to control the rocket's roll rate and heading.
Hard benefits:
Simulations more closely reflect the rocket's behavior
Lower-risk recovery due to less spin
Pointing a scenic camera in a specific (barring that, fixed) direction
Soft benefits:
First experience with tuning a control system
First experience with state estimation
Arbitrarily complicated technical report analysis
