Windows 11 - Time Zone is Wrong

In some cases, Windows 11 sets the Time Zone to Pacific Time instead of Eastern Time. To fix this, you can go into your Windows settings and search for Time Zone or use the Time Zone - Set to EST installation script from Portal Manager.
