Initial CAD finished
Louis continues with component selection and making a checklist
Mary and Jonah are starting the AV bay CAD and it is based on the component selection and meet with Yev
Jim is working on hardware for scrap
Nate pick out the chute and line cutter
Grace where to reef the chute
Updates:
COTS Avionics:
- Picked: Arming switches, load cell, flight computer, working on antenna and batteries
Airbrake:
- Picked: 20kg motor
- Airbrake CAD is finished minus holes for bushings and newest load cell
Ave bay:
- No work done need other components
- height was updated (have lots of room now)
Recovery:
- Bay size changed to 100 mm
SCRAP

This week:
Ave bay: Mary Dertinger (RIT Student)
- Mary and Jonah start av bay CAD and meet with Yev*
- remove rounded corners on ave bay columns/bottom plate*
- Add fiber glass walls*
- Get components from Louis/Jim
- put components in CAD
- Mount components in CAD
Airbrake: Grace Dertinger (RIT Alumni)
- put new load cell in CAD
- bushing holes for press fit
- double check airbrake design and fitting
- fix motor to mid plate (hole in front of the motor)
Recovery: Grace Dertinger (RIT Alumni)
- pick out chute
- pick out line cutter
- Snatch force
- where to reef the chute
- fea on snatch force
- wire holes in recovery bay
- Split the recovery bay box into walls
COTS Avionics: Louis Fleisher (RIT Student)
- finish power budget with Jim
- pick antenna and batteries (big ass battery)
- Pick big batteries with 2 flight computers (scrap will be able to replace a flight computer if we don't have room)

- Rough power budget including motor to Louis
- footprint for CAD
